PAYMENT TERMS:
First payment of 33% of the total price (plot
& villa). Upon receiving the down payment, we will automatically
transfer the ownership of the plot to your name or to any
other person or entity you may propose.
The second payment equal to 33% of the price, will be due for payment, three
months after the signing of the contract and provided we have
completed the frame of the villa, all the brick work and
the roof.
The third payment equal to 34% of the price, will be due
for payment six months from the signing of the contract and
provided we are ready to deliver the villa complete with act
16 and that an independent surveyor issues a certificate that
the works have been carried out in full accordance with the
contract.
