A new luxurious residential complex is to be developed to the South West of Varna. The investment projects are of the company Eurolink Investment Group, owner of 13 000 decares of land in the area of the village of Konstantinovo. According to Mr. Violaris, Chairman of the company, the new neighborhood will consist of 3-floor family houses. “This is a long-term project, which will be finalized within the next 10 years”, commented Mr. Violaris. He advised that during the construction of the complex, the nature in the region will be preserved to the maximum, which will turn the area into an attractive residential spot. The prognosis, provided in the General Town Plan of Varna, show that during the next 10 years another 40 000 to 60 000 people will populate the area.

According to Mr. Violaris, the World’s financial crisis will not affect the Real Estate Market in Bulgaria. “Citizens from Denmark, Malta, Great Britain and even South Africa are interested in living and working here. However, up to now their interest was toward holiday homes, while in future more demand will be directed towards residential buildings, especially family houses”, said Mr. Violaris

Construction work on the luxurious residential neighborhood will start right after the approval of the General Town Plan of Varna. This is expected to happen not later than March, 2009. At present, negotiations for the construction of a marina are carried out with a specialized company, revealed Mr. Violaris. The first stage of the realization of the project is expected to finalize within the next 3-4 years.

According to the preliminary assignment of the General Town Plan of Varna, the area to the South and South West of Varna is expected to turn into a satellite village. The residential zone will include all housing areas of Zvezditsa nad Konstantinovo, as well as the new agricultural terrains. There is also another idea of having a secondary centre with administrative buildings, techno-park, church, university, sports playground, etc.

It is with great pleasure to announce to you that the winner of Choose Life’s Talent competition with Best Song, Goran Ivanov, won the first place, among 20 kids, in the TV show “Who is more-more-the most”, which casting was held on 4^th Oct. Here is what the Narodno Delo daily wrote about him:

The young boy from Varna, Goran Ivanov, will sing on national TV on 13^th Oct, at 10 am, in the children’s program “Mum’s hour”. Goran has taken after his grandmother, Lili Tsvetkova, which is a singer herself and leads her grandson into the folklore world. We will also see him on 18^th Oct, at 8 am, on the TV show “Who is more-more-the most”, where he won the title “Mister”. The kid was first to be chosen for the show at a preliminary casting done among 20 others, said his grandmother.

Further to the road building at Marina Gardens, we would like to inform you that construction works continue. I personally visited the site today and was happy to see all 6 huge company machines on the move. What happened of course was the idea, of how it will all look, appeared in my head. I could imagine the big mansion, occupying 10 000 m2 of land, at the rear, a lake, a fountain and picturesque gardens in front of it. There is future another 12 000 m2 at the same spot for development.

Just by the road, there will be luxurious villas, which will form a beautiful and most desired complex. The later became possible thanks to the partnership of Eurolink Group and Nordic Development Group A/S, a property developer and urban planner in Central and Southern Europe. Both groups have established a common owned company “Marina Garden”, owned 50 % by each party. Marina Garden’s spot is 21000 m2 big and the project is going full speed ahead.

Lili is an employee of many years, who has repeatedly proven her professionalism. She is an extremely capable and reliable person, always ready to take responsibility in every situation. Lili is always in a great mood, always smiling, ready to listen to anybody, who has a problem or something to share, trying to help them out, therefore, she is not only a good employee, but also a very good friend.

For almost a year now, she has been working on the CHOOSE LIFE initiative, doing everything she can to help disadvantaged youngsters, organizing concerts, tournaments and competitions. We are all very proud of her devotion to the campaign, because she made a lot of children smile and happy. Lili, always be yourself!

Once again…lots of fun, gifts, prizes and the happy faces of kids. What more can one want? Especially when our daily lives are busy and full of trivial problems. This year’s CHOOSE LIFE events, were a Football Tournament and a Talent Competition which included both Music and Art.

Everything was ready: playground, football fields, referees and secretary from the Bulgarian Football Union, Doctors, Security, Jury, participants, decoration, prizes and refreshments.

Both events, with the assistance of the Municipality of Varna, took place on Saturday, 14^th June, at the Municipal Sports and Entertainment complex “Mladost” in Varna.

Following the event and due to the high quality of the majority of the entrants for the art competition, we have decided to hold a charity art auction. All drawings, which remained with us from the art competition, have been put up in the office and available for sale with a reserve price of € 10. Many have already attracted bids, with our staff competing against each other for their favourites. This auction is now also open to our clients and friends online . The funds collected will be used to purchase essentials for an orphanage in the region of Varna.
