(www.intergolfinc.com) for the design and construction of two golf courses, fully financed by the group. The contractor is a worldwide reputable company for golf course consulting and construction, represented by its president Mr. Frank O’Dowd. The two golf courses – The Royal Oakwood and Aphrodite’s Hills will be located approximately 2,5 km from each other. They will provide a comprehensive choice of services and facilities, among which restaurants, sports facilities, an equestrian center, a golf academy and clubhouses. The courses will be of 18 holes with an option to expand them both to 27. According to golf designer Frank O’Dowd, golf players love diversity of landscape and prefer to play on different terrains. Therefore the 2 golf courses, located within such a short distance, will provide a perfect combination for golf lovers.
Integrated within the golf courses will be exceptionally designed and constructed residential villas, which will be ideal for all-year-round living or holidays.
