Holy Trinity, village of Konstantinovo

Thursday, 20th December, after continuous repairs, financed by Mr. Christopher Violaris, Managing Director of Eurolink Investment Group, opened the church in the village of Konstantinovo, Holy Trinity. The sanctification was carried out by father Ivailo of Konstantinovo and Kiril, Bishop of Varna (on the right in picture above), who blessed everybody, wished us health and advised us to be thankful to God for all we have. The bishop also blessed Anastasia and Stellios (Christopher Violaris’s deceased parents), in whose memory, the repairs and icons were donated. “The church is absolutely fabulous and we would all like to thank Mr. Violaris for his help, without him we wouldn’t have had this sacred place for our people”, said father Ivailo.
A temple, 100 years-old and located in the village of Konstantinovo, was revived

The Christians from the village of Konstantinovo, Varna region, will be praying to the Almighty God, in a completely renovated temple – the Holy Trinity. The church cloister has a hundred year-old history, however, time has left its mark over the façade, interior and wall-paintings.
On the eve of Christ’s birth, the church cloister was revived, thanks to a generous sponsor and initiatives made by the church guardianship. “Approximately € 15 000 were invested for the repairs of the temple. € 10 000 were personally donated by Mr Christopher Violaris, the rest was from people of the village. The roof structure was stabilized, granite-grease was laid, the walls were plastered. I am happy that we gave life to this holy place in our village”, said the mayor of Konstantinovo, Vasil Dyulgerov. The Bishop of Varna, Kiril, personally sanctified the reconstructed temple. There is now a project for wall-paintings to be made in the Holy Trinity church.
